At Southern Swim, we pride ourselves on our amazing team of staff who deliver our program year-round. Any swimming program is only as good as the staff that teach it.

All of our teachers hold industry recognised accreditation through AUSTSWIM, Swim Australia, or Royal Life Saving, and every instructor completes comprehensive training in the Southern Swim program before commencing employment. This ensures our teaching philosophy, standards, and approach are consistently delivered across every lesson.

All staff receive ongoing training and development to continually strengthen their knowledge, teaching skills, and understanding of best practice in learn to swim education.

Our team is experienced, highly skilled, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Most importantly, they care about their swimmers. They take pride in building confidence, celebrating progress, and helping every child reach their potential in the water.
